Here is information on some of the service-learning projects that I have recently incorporated into my classes.

PAD 688: Research and Program Evaluation

In the fall 2003 session of the course, the class worked on a community quality-of-life indicators project for the Common Good Planning Center of Rochester, NY. This project offered a unique opportunity for the class members to reinforce their newly acquired skills in conceptualization, operationalization, measurement, data gathering and, not least, the interpretation and analysis of social indicators data.
