Harvard Business Review Article Presentation

During class sessions in the middle of the semester (9/26 - 11/07) we will examine a series of provocative strategy-themed articles from the Harvard Business Review. One student (or group of students) will be responsible for conducting a brief, 10-15 minute presentation analyzing the article and its importance for public and nonprofit managers. Your presentation is worth 15% of your final course grade. The goal of these presentations is not to summarize the articles, since everyone will have read them; instead, the goal is to evaluate the worth and applicability of the concepts introduced in the article for managers in the public and nonprofit sectors. High-quality presentations will highlight this through the judicious use of examples or brief case studies.
